Refund Policy

No Refund Policy – Important Notice

A2B Packers and Movers operates a strict no-refund policy for all services that have been fully or partially rendered. Once our team has commenced your move – including packing, loading, or transportation – no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

1. General No-Refund Policy

A2B Packers and Movers follows a no-refund policy for all services rendered. This means that once any service has commenced – whether packing, loading, transportation, storage, or any combination thereof – the payment collected is non-refundable.

We invest significant resources in planning, manpower, vehicles, packing materials, and logistics for every booking. As a result, we are unable to issue refunds once services have begun.

By confirming a booking with A2B Packers and Movers, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Pre-Service Cancellations (Limited Window)

Refunds or adjustments are only considered for cancellations made before any service has commenced, subject to the following schedule:

Note: Cancellations must be communicated in writing (WhatsApp or email) to be considered valid. Verbal cancellations alone are not accepted for refund processing.

3. After Service Completion – No Refund

Once the service has been fully delivered – i.e., goods have been transported and handed over to the customer at the destination – no refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

  • Dissatisfaction with the speed of the move
  • Delay in delivery (unless covered under a specific SLA agreement)
  • Minor damages to goods (handled separately under our insurance/claims process)
  • Customer change of mind after service
  • Disagreement with charges that were agreed upon before service began

4. Damage Claims – Separate from Refunds

If any of your goods are damaged during the move due to our fault or negligence, this is handled through our transit insurance claims process – not through a monetary refund of the service charge. Here is how damage claims work:

  • Damage must be reported at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery receipt
  • Photographic or video evidence must be provided
  • Claims submitted after signing the delivery receipt will not be entertained
  • Valid claims will be assessed and compensated through our insurance partner based on the declared value of the damaged item

5. Advance Booking Deposits

Any advance or booking deposit paid to A2B Packers and Movers is used to:

  • Confirm your moving slot in our schedule
  • Purchase packing materials for your move
  • Arrange dedicated manpower and vehicles

As these costs are incurred from the moment of booking confirmation, advance deposits are subject to the cancellation policy described in Section 2 above. Deposits are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

6. Duplicate Payment Refunds

In the rare event of a duplicate payment or technical error resulting in an overcharge, A2B Packers and Movers will investigate and refund the excess amount within 7–10 business days. Please contact us immediately at +91 9900505509 or a2bpackers2018@gmail.com with payment proof.

7. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation and check your eligibility for a refund on the advance deposit:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or call at +91 9900505509
  2. Send an email to a2bpackers2018@gmail.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will confirm receipt and process your request within 2 business days
  4. Eligible refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
