A2B Packers and Movers is a professional relocation company registered and operating in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. We offer house shifting, office relocation, vehicle transport, warehousing, and storage services. Our registered office is at No.165 Hanumanthanagar, Titan Road, Chinna Elasagiri, Sipcot1, Hosur – 635126.

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by A2B Packers and Movers to customers, whether booked online, by phone, WhatsApp, or in person.

When you book a service with A2B Packers and Movers, you are entering into a service agreement. This agreement is confirmed when:

• You receive a written/verbal quote from our team
• You confirm the booking via phone, WhatsApp, or in writing
• An advance payment or booking deposit is made (where applicable)

The service agreement covers the specific services, dates, locations, and goods as discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the goods to be moved, including any fragile, hazardous, or high-value items
• Ensuring clear and safe access to the pickup and delivery locations
• Being present or having an authorised representative at the time of pickup and delivery
• Informing us in advance about any special requirements, elevator availability, parking restrictions, or access challenges
• Ensuring that all items are legally owned by you and are permitted to be transported
• Disconnecting electrical appliances, draining water from washing machines, etc., before the moving date

A2B Packers and Movers will not transport the following items:

• Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials (petrol, gas cylinders, chemicals)
• Illegal or contraband goods
• Live animals, plants, or perishable food items
• Cash, jewellery, or negotiable instruments (unless specifically arranged and insured)
• Human remains or medical specimens
• Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

We reserve the right to refuse transport of any item we deem unsafe, illegal, or not suitable for our vehicles.

All prices quoted by A2B Packers and Movers are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final charges may vary if:

• The actual volume or weight of goods differs significantly from the estimate
• Additional services are requested on the day of moving
• The route or destination changes from what was originally agreed
• Extra labour is required due to access issues not previously disclosed

Payment terms are as follows:

• An advance deposit may be required at the time of booking confirmation
• The balance payment is due on or before the date of delivery
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

A2B Packers and Movers includes basic transit insurance in all service packages. However, please note the following:

• Insurance covers damage caused during transit through our fault or negligence
• Claims must be raised at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery receipt
• We are not liable for damages due to pre-existing defects in goods
• High-value items (electronics, antiques, jewellery) must be declared at the time of booking for special handling and enhanced insurance coverage
• Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods or the actual cost of repair/replacement, whichever is lower

Customers may cancel a confirmed booking subject to the following:

• Cancellation 7+ days before move date: Full advance deposit refunded
• Cancellation 3–6 days before move date: 50% of advance deposit retained as cancellation charge
• Cancellation 1–2 days before move date: Full advance deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation on the day of moving: Full service charge may apply

A2B Packers and Movers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather), with prior notice to the customer.

While we are committed to punctuality, A2B Packers and Movers is not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic, road closures, or accidents beyond our control
• Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather
• Government restrictions, curfews, or road blockages
• Vehicle breakdown (we will endeavour to arrange alternative transport as quickly as possible)

In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly and reschedule at no additional charge.

We take all customer feedback seriously. If you have a complaint:

• Provide photographs, videos, or documentation of any damage claimed
• Our team will review and respond within 3 business days

Any disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hosur / Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu, India.

Your personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to process your move and communicate with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

A2B Packers and Movers reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
